Re-development of the 9000m2 shopping centre including construction of an additional 2400m2 food court extension whilst maintaining full shopping centre operation. Re-development also consisted of new car-parking, and the fit-out of new shops and tenancies. This 18 month project required meticulous planning and execution and resulted in a successful and timely delivery of the project.
